The prices given on product pages are exclusive of VAT due to small business regulation. (Kleinunternehmer under §19 UStG).
We offer shipping to Germany, Austria, and internationally.
In addition to the product prices indicated, we charge flat-rate shipping costs based on the delivery location. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process and confirmed on the order page. International shipping rates vary depending on the destination and are calculated during checkout.
Customers opting for cash on delivery may incur an additional fee of EUR 2, payable to the local carrier. No other taxes or fees will be charged.
No shipping costs are incurred for digital content (e.g., e-books, software, etc.).
Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate and are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT). The VAT included in shipping costs is based on the goods purchased, meaning that shipping costs may decrease if the purchased items are subject to a lower VAT rate (e.g., books). Therefore, final shipping costs can only be confirmed during the checkout process. As the shipping fee cannot increase, it will only be adjusted to your benefit (i.e., reduced).
